Nothing makes me crave hot chocolate more than the chilly weather and holiday season. I could drink it every day, easily! I must admit, though, that sometimes plain hot cocoa can get a bit boring. One thing I learned a long time ago, is that there is nothing better than homemade hot cocoa. I made a promise to myself that I would never go back to those store bought packets again. How could you when it’s so easy to make from fresh, excellent quality chocolate or cocoa powder? Try it from scratch, and you’ll never go back either! I’ve been on a mission to come up with some new and creative hot cocoa ideas, so over the next few weeks I will be sharing them all with YOU! To start off with, this rich and creamy Red Velvet Hot Cocoa!
