PIzza Night (It’s a Date)

When the Moon Hits Your Eye Like a Big Pizza Pie, That’s Amore.

Truer words have never been spoken. Also, Pizza is basically the definition of love, which is why I made a Date Night for my family a couple of weeks ago…pizza extravaganza.

I can honestly say that by the end of the night, full bellies and happy faces were had by all, and that is the best results any cook can get, am I right? Especially on date night! Date night, for me, isn’t just for romantics. Date night could be with my friends, my family, coworkers, and of course, with my fella. So all of these menus are great for any of those groups.

I started with a classic pepperoni pizza, just because it’s not pizza night without it, but I got a little creative with the other three.

First up, is a sweet potato and kale white pizza. Sweet, creamy, rich, with the perfect amount of freshness and bite from the kale. Incredible.

Next, is a Maple Bacon, Caramelized Onion, and Apple Pizza. Sweet and Salty is my all time favorite combination and craving, and this pizza delivers, 100%.

And finally…get ready for this. Yup. A Smores Pizza. Oh. My. Lanta. This was literally so incredibly amazing that I actually did a little dance around the kitchen. This would be a wonderful idea for a pizza out on the grill for dessert in the summer. I don’t think I even need to say any more about this. You know it’s good.
