I have a quick and fun little snack recipe for you guys today. Roasted chickpeas are not only a healthy snack, but so absolutely delicious and addictive! Not to mention when they’re coated in garlic parmesan flavors. They taste like little mini garlic knots. Heavenly.
Here’s how to make them:
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Chickpeas
What You’ll Need:
+ 2 cans chickpeas, rinsed, drained and dried
+ 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan
+ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
+ 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
+ 1 teaspoon parsley
+drizzle olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Drizzle the chickpeas in olive oil, and coat with the ingredients. Pour into a single layer on a greased or foil lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
